Ko Dolly Flude ahau

Kia ora o te whanau, my name is Dolly Flude, I am a Māori/Romney Gypsy descent, qualified and registered Senior Social Worker.  Wife, mother and grandmother.  My mahi entails capturing and developing individual strengths, ability to bring the best out of people of all walks and development of realistic tailored plans.   Tika, Pono and Aroha are concepts that drive my practice. Doing what is right, doing it in the right way and doing it with the right intention. I advocate for justice and social inclusion by bringing a voice to whanau that have been stifled and work within systems to find solutions.

Over 35 years’ experience working mental health, disability, elder care, youth justice and child and adolescent and refugee resettlement services in New Zealand and Australia.

My passion is finding your narrative and exploring your potential.
