Registered Psychologist, I have many years experience in the field of trauma, social injustice and poverty induced difficulties, I have also worked overseas with people from other cultures affected by wars and trauma.
My Approach, I have trained in efficient and cutting edge change-work modalities, such as: NLP, EMDR, RRT, etc.
After many years of practice and research (ongoing), I have enough tools to be able to tailor an effective approach based on the client’s perspectives and desires as well as their particular turmoil and stuckness.
Therapy Services, It is my aim to help people shift behaviours, thoughts and emotions that are not serving them. I plan to do this with as much ease and fun as possible, and I intend that it feels natural and stays active overtime.
I have read many books and practiced and studied a lot about these matters, and I also have met many people on the journey; I have collected their successes and strategies, which I am willing to share with new people, with permission.
However, I cannot work on my own and will require collaboration from clients. If appropriate we can engage family members and support people to help out, and I can provide tools to accelerate the process.
In our first hui we will determine together the issues we want to deal with and start shifting them. I will provide a contract that underlines with great precision the areas of work that I can provide, and the limitations, as well as the confidentiality of our collaboration.
We will review together regularly to make sure we are on the right track.
The work will be finished when our goals are achieved.
